Our History

Hydra has been delivering bespoke outsourcing solutions to the recruitment industry since 1990. With a client base entirely in the recruitment sector we have helped our clients gain greater control, accuracy, flexibility, reliability and speed in managing temp payroll, finance and accountancy functions. We pay more than 300,000 temps every year and in 17 years of business we are proud to say that we have never failed to send our clients’ payroll on time. This is a guarantee we will give you.

Your dedicated account director will monitor and measure every aspect of our partnership to ensure that we continue to deliver to our proven high standards. A detailed service level agreement (SLA) enables our clients to monitor and measure every aspect of our work. Key Performance Indicators in the SLA include: accuracy and punctuality in paying temps and raising sales invoices; and effectiveness in collecting outstanding cash on time. 

CLIENT CARE

Hydra has developed a client care programme to ensure we deliver a professional, helpful and friendly service. However, you do not have to worry about sacrificing your corporate identity through outsourcing to us. We work in partnership with your business as a back office extension. Our qualified staff will answer the phone in your company’s name and will deal with enquiries and temps as if we were your internal department. Our employees undergo regular training and we constantly survey and monitor the experiences of our clients and temps to ensure they continue to receive the top level service they have come to rely on from Hydra.

COST EFFECTIVE

Netstore is a leading provider of IT management solutions to organisations including Companies House, Prudential and GlaxoSmithKline. This web-based service enables you to access all your vital information, including daily accounting and management reports, via a protected, online platform anytime of day.
